Process – Your packing requirements can be met by reconfiguring the number of units per carton and the number of cartons per master case.
Product Integrity – Storage temperatures are maintained throughout the re-packing process to maintain the consistency and integrity of your products. The re-packing area is maintained at an appropriate temperature and a case of product is never in the re-pack area longer than necessary. Once re-packed, the product is re-palletized and mechanically stretch wrapped for stability in storage and shipment.
Product Code Dates – Your inventory tracking data is maintained throughout the re-packing process. From the originally packed product to re-packaged quantities, your inventory data and production information is maintained.
Labeling – Your cartons, cases and pallets are labeled with the new SKU numbers, descriptions and appropriate production information.
Environmentally Responsible – Rest assured your re-packing process is environmentally sound. All the old corrugated boxes and other bi-products from the re-packing process are re-cycled and kept free from local landfills.
